White tea from Japan
Indeed an exceptional tea grown in Yame that is legendary for teas featuring a special sweetness. First, it is a Sencha with "white" leaves, therefore named Shira Cha which is Japanese for white tea. Secondly, it was awarded a golden medal in the World Green Tea Contest (2008) and Mondo Collection (2010).
